Place Record(s) in the ‘Selected Records’ Queue
-Launch Metadata Utility
-From the Main Switchboard, click on ‘Enter/View Information Switchboard’ – ‘Metadata Utility Switchboard’ – ‘Metadata Utility’
To place any Record(s) in the ‘Selected’ Queue, do the following:
-Type a Value of ‘-1’ –without the single quotes– in the ‘Chk’ Field (Record must be in ‘Edit’ Mode), or
-click on the ‘Select’ Button –record does Not need to be in ‘Edit’ mode for you to be able to click the ‘Select’ (or Un-Select) button. The ‘Select’ (or ‘Un-Select’) button is clickable even if the record is in ‘Locked’ Mode.
-Repeat the above steps for as many records as you whish to place in the ‘Selected Records’ Queue.
