Chk (20)
Is a field used by Metadata Utility to flag records for Batch processing ie. creating, updating the XML files.
The button to the right of the ‘Chk’ field allows you to ‘Select’ or ‘UnSelect’ any particular record.
The possible and most usual Values for this field are:
0 = Unselected
-1 = Selected
Other Values are:
1 = Suspect
2 = Archive Records
Note: Once ‘Chk’ has been populated, then this Field becomes a mandatory field. In other words, once ‘Chk’ has been populated, it can not be set/edited/changed to an Empty value.
