Do NOT to delete ANY of the Default ‘Built-In’ Categories. Deletion or editing –changing the Even Type ID for Example, or the Case Description– of any of the built in Case Event Categories may cause malfunction in within Metadata Utility.

Metadata Utility’s Batch processing is Built-In with some powerful AI (Artificial Intelligence) modules. Thus, during the Batch processing, some Logs may be generated to flag defective ‘suspect’ records. Thus a list of Categories is pre-built into Metadata Utility.
This section is mainly design for you to add additional Case Event categories as needed (mainly if you use ‘Online Contacts’ and/or Company Contacts).

It is strongly recommended NOT to delete al alter ANY of the Default ‘Built-In’ Categories. Deletion or Editing –changing the Even Type ID for Example, or the Case Description– of any of the built in Case Event Categories may cause malfunction in within Metadata Utility (and/or display the ‘wrong’ Category Type and Description in the event that an existing Event Category has been renamed. For Example from ’76 – Path/File Not Found’ to ’76 – I feel Great!’ (even if using the ‘correct’ Category ID, when Metadata Displays the error Number, then you will see a ‘wrong’ description based on the text that you had changed/edited.
